The Apprentice Operational Administrator will provide administrative support to the Operations Team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of day-to-day operations. This role will involve updating the daily work schedule, administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, provide holiday cover for Statutory Undertaker Information provision and communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
The apprentice will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship at Suffolk New College combining workplace learning with off-the-job training to develop essential business and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will be employed full-time by Survey Solutions and will be released for off-the-job training as required by the apprenticeship programme. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities for continued employment and progression within the organisation.
