Operations Admin - Subscription Fulfillment Specialist

Our Subscription Fulfillment team plays a critical role in supporting and reinforcing daily operational activities globally. This position is based in the province of Quebec reporting to the Subscription Fulfillment Manager.
In this role, you will...
- Learn and develop knowledge of Cansel’s Subscription, Licensing, and Warranty processes
- Assist with process improvements to help increase efficiency and accuracy
- Follow established procedures to support daily operations
- Create and receive purchase orders (POs)
- Place product orders with Trimble
- Monitor shared mailboxes, emergency technical support chats, and CC renewals chats, delivery monitor, open orders & purchase requisitions
- Process Can-Net and RTN orders
- Issue licenses, warranties, and subscriptions using Trimble Virtual Warehouse
- Provide operational and administrative support to Sales and Technical Support teams related to subscription, licensing, and fulfillment activities
About you...
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who thrives in an operational environment and works well both independently and as part of a team. To be successful in this Operations Admin / Fulfillment role, you will bring the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with SAP or an equivalent ERP system in an operations or fulfillment environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM platform
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to both external customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized, self-disciplined, and proactive in taking initiative
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, operations administration, or fulfillment-related roles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated reliability and consistency with previous employers
