
Our client in the emergency services / health-tech sector is seeking an Operations & Admin Manager.
The Operations & Admin Manager will oversee daily operations, administrative systems, and process optimization to ensure efficiency and compliance across the organization.
Maintain operational SOPs and compliance
Manage inventory, assets, and procurement
Oversee vendors and budgets
Deliver operational reports and dashboards
Drive process improvements and automation
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3–5 years experience in operations/admin roles
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Healthcare experience is an advantage
Salary: ₦400,000 (net)
Conversion to full staff after contract
