Responsibilities

• To ensure all assignments are met within the specific deadline provided
• To ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues
• To ensure compliance to customer requirement and other relevant authorities
• To assist operation in daily administrative activities
• To prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities
• To liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues
• To analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement
• To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors

Requirements

• 1-2 years in warehouse operations environment
• Min SPM Qualifications
• Warehouse experience
• Computer literacy
• Analytical skills
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks
