Job Category: AdministrativeJuniper is Growing! We are seeking an Operations Administrator for our team. This position works closely with our operations management team to execute administrative functions related to the work ticket management for non-contracted landscaping, irrigation and arbor services.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update opportunities/proposals for non-contracted services in the landscape management software system.
- Verify job completion, including allocating and receiving purchase orders (POs), collecting, and reviewing pull sheets, timesheets and other job-specific information.
- Assist with material fulfillment and generate POs for materials needed on specific jobs.
- Allocate materials on work tickets to the proper inventory location and approve tickets for invoicing.
- Verify weekly timekeeping records to ensure accurate job costing.
- Assist purchasing department with material fulfillment.
- Process and distribute invoices related to work ticket orders.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Organize and file all documents and records
- Support the Branch Administrator during absences or higher business demand times
- Assist the management team with additional projects as needed
- Other relevant job duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A demonstrated ability to develop strong professional relationships in a business setting
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills
- Superior attention to detail and follow-up with a sense of urgency
- Ability to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to use computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technology applications
- Experience supporting teams in the service, construction, or landscaping industries is a plus
