Responsibilities:

• Represent the Company professionally as a front-line employee by identifying and responding to customers' needs and providing technical advice.
• Prepare quotations, raise Work Orders, and coordinate with workshops and contractors by issuing job orders and liaising on service quality, repair progress, and pricing.
• Update customers on service/repair schedules and vehicle collection, and follow up on workshops and contractors for feedback.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide recommendations within guidelines, escalating more pressing issues to Supervisors.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Requirements:

• GCE N / O Level / NITEC / Diploma
• 1-3 years of work experience in automotive industry/workshop preferred
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, independent with positive attitude, good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
• Proficient in MS Office - Microsoft Word & Excel.
