Grounded in four foundational principles— Say Yes, Own It, Do What You Say, and We Care —we foster a culture of unity, togetherness, and unwavering commitment.As Operations Account Support, you will work closely with the Operations Account Lead to handle key administrative and financial tasks across waivers, installer payroll, purchase order tracking, accounts receivable, and chargebacks. Your precision and follow-through will directly support ACS’s ability to pay installers accurately, collect from partners on time, and keep operations running without a hitch.Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and manage the waivers inbox, upload waivers from installers, and create waivers for additional and older POs
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete waivers with installers, managers, and office staff
  • Review installer bills for accuracy across multiple regional divisions and ensure markdown guidelines are followed
  • Track and follow up on awaiting POs with The Home Depot for timely payment resolution
  • Validate and close out POs with proper documentation and generate weekly awaiting PO reports
  • Review ICB chargeback forms from THD stores, validate chargebacks, and coordinate authorization
  • Process daily A/R failed-to-close and A/R differences reporting
What Success Looks Like
  • Waivers are processed accurately and on time with no missing submissions falling through the cracks
  • Installer payroll is reviewed thoroughly and paid correctly across all divisions
  • Awaiting POs are followed up on consistently and resolved in a timely manner
  • Chargebacks and A/R items are processed accurately and within established guidelines
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experience in administrative, financial, or operations support roles
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and email-based workflows
  • Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive communicator who follows up without being asked
  • Organized and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Someone who takes ownership and sees tasks through to completion
