Daily shipment operation & rate inquiry in Project team.

负责日常项目部操作以及询报价处理。

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

Follow up routing order from overseas office..

密切注意国外DSV办公室的新订单。

Contact supplier and advise the shipment status to overseas office.

联系国内发货人确认货好时间并将更新信息给国外办公室。

Reserve the space & equipment with carriers.

和船公司确认仓位和箱子。

Arrange cargo pickup for warehouse stuffing and port entry or arrange container delivery for shipper stuffing and port entry & arrange export customs clearance.

安排提货到仓库内装箱和进港或者安排集装箱门点装箱以及进港， 安排出口报关。

Issue the HBL as per oversea office instruction and follow up the MBL with carrier.

æ ¹æ®å›½å¤–æŒ‡ç¤ºå¼€å…·HBL以及跟踪船公司的MBL。

Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.

确保操作系统中录入的信息完整并且正确。

Ensure complete the billing to overseas office and local shipper in due time as per the quotation

Ensure file is hand over to supervisor for close by due date.
