Our Environmental & Technical Solutions (ETS) team is seeking an experienced Operational Training Business Partner to uplift workforce capability and support safe, high‑performance operations across our national network.
In this influential role, you’ll work closely with operational leaders to understand capability needs, assess skills and risks, and design practical, competency‑based training that enables people to perform safely and effectively. You’ll guide the development of workforce capability frameworks, ensure compliance readiness, and embed strong training governance across our sites.
Reporting to the National Operational Training Manager (ETS), you’ll partner with leaders, HSE, capability teams and Business Unit Instructors to create training solutions that lift operational standards and deliver measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do
About you
You excel in complex, safety‑critical environments such as logistics, mining, chemical processing, construction or waste management. You bring deep experience in competency‑based training and are confident designing programs for high‑risk work, hazardous substances and dangerous goods. What you will bring:
