We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) & Cybersecurity Manager to lead the growth and delivery of cybersecurity advisory, assurance, certification, and compliance services across the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing market-facing solutions, driving commercial growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and supporting the delivery of OT cybersecurity projects for industrial and critical infrastructure sectors. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business development capability, stakeholder management, and leadership experience.

  • Drive the growth and expansion of OT cybersecurity services across the APAC region.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity advisory, assessment, certification, and assurance services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within key industries including oil & gas, energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, and critical infrastructure.
  • Build and manage strategic customer relationships and support consultative sales engagements.
  • Lead proposal preparation, bid management, contract negotiations, and customer presentations.
  • Provide technical leadership for OT cybersecurity assessments, advisory projects, certification readiness reviews, and compliance programs.
  • Advise clients on cybersecurity frameworks, standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Support clients in cybersecurity risk assessments, gap assessments, governance programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Develop scalable service offerings, methodologies, delivery frameworks, and market solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support capability development through training, mentoring, competency building, and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with industry bodies, standards committees, and professional networks to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  • Manage project delivery, operational performance, and business objectives in alignment with regional growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, industrial cybersecurity, consulting, assurance, certification, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in business development, strategic account management, and commercial growth.
  • Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC/ISA 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and related industrial cybersecurity requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relating to cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, industrial systems, or connected products.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, plant leadership teams, engineering teams, and technical specialists.
  • Experience leading regional projects, cross-functional teams, or multi-country initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical expertise into business solutions and customer value.
  • Professional certifications such as IEC/ISA 62443, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC, GICSP, or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
