Operational Technology Architect (4 Months Contract )



Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in IT / OT-related fields.

Experience:

  1. 8+ years in a corporate IT / OT environment, in senior leadership roles.
  2. 8+ years' experience in IT / OT technology architecture.
  3. Experience in a related technical field (application development, deployment/implementation, and infrastructure).

Work Accountabilities:

  1. Participate in the global process to manage new technology ideas and demands, providing research, analysis, design review, and recommendations to leadership.
  2. Provide design support to projects and business groups to ensure efficient and safe technology architectures are delivered.
  3. Proactively manage global leader stakeholders in a matrixed organization; develop a trusted advisor and teaming approach.
  4. Collaborate with the team to identify, select, and implement appropriate solutions.
  5. Monitor and research emerging innovations to determine functionality that may provide business value to the Company.

Define and Maintain Reference Architecture:

  1. Define/Maintain the architecture repository.
  2. Select reference viewpoints.
  3. Select a modeling approach.
  4. Approve baseline architectural domain descriptions.
  5. Identify EA building blocks.
  6. Approve baseline architectures.
  7. Approve target architectures.
  8. Define baseline domain architectures.
  9. Define target domain architectures.

Select Opportunities and Solutions:

  1. Confirm key enterprise change attributes.
  2. Identify possible enterprise drivers.
  3. Consider EA maturity.
  4. Review and assess gap analysis.
  5. Evaluate potential solutions.
  6. Assess Enterprise dependencies.
  7. Assess Request for EA Work.
  8. Identify potential enterprise architecture solutions.
  9. Identify potential domain architecture solutions.
  10. Confirm enterprise architecture readiness.
  11. Formulate high-level implementation and migration strategy.
  12. Identify EA programs and projects.
  13. Develop transition architecture.
  14. Confirm domain architecture readiness.

Define Architecture Implementation:

  1. Validate and prioritize the enterprise architecture implementation and migration plan.
  2. Confirm transition enterprise architecture increments and phases.
  3. Define enterprise architecture implementation governance.
  4. Update the Architecture Repository.
  5. Compile enterprise architecture implementation roadmap.
  6. Obtain approval of the architecture roadmap.
  7. Define domain architecture implementation governance.
  8. Compile domain architecture implementation roadmap.
  9. Validate and prioritize the domain architecture implementation and migration plan.
  10. Confirm transition domain architecture increments and phases.
