As a Team Lead Operations (Healthcare) at UPS, you manage a team of about 10 warehouse employees. You will be working for the UPS Healthcare global business unit, the youngest member of the UPS family.

This position handles day-to-day service issues within an operation. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

As a team leader, you organize and optimize the daily logistics operation managing inbound, outbound and customer service activities. You ensure that processes are understood and followed and that orders are processed accurately. It is also your responsibility to achieve the agreed performance, of course, following compliance and safety regulations. New customers? Then it’s your job to take care of the operational onboarding. High quality in your work is essential to you: you are constantly looking for ways to improve various activities and processes. In addition, you supervise the warehouse employees. You conduct performance 1 appraisals, actively work on the development of your people, know what to do in case of illness, and recruit new team members

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

pervious Warehouse and Operations Experience essential
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
