Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify inefficiencies across departments and build automation/integration/AI solutions to replace manual work
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the ops tech stack (NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, Make.com), fixing root causes, not symptoms
  • Own D2C order flow across Shopify, Amazon, and NetSuite — checkout through fulfillment through billing
  • Build and maintain reporting on order flow, inventory, and operational performance
  • Handle fundamental IT: user access, permissions, licenses, onboarding/offboarding, 2FA, hardware coordination
  • Support cybersecurity hygiene: password systems, access best practices
Qualifications:
  • Systems integration / iPaaS fluency (NetSuite–Shopify–Amazon–Celigo connections)
  • Process automation design (Make.com or equivalent)
  • Root-cause troubleshooting across cross-functional systems
  • Ecommerce operations knowledge (order-to-cash flow, fulfillment, billing)
  • Reporting/data visibility building
  • Basic IT administration (access, licensing, security hygiene)
  • Written communication — ranked explicitly by the company as a top filter, not a soft add-on
Advantages:
  • Light coding knowledge (helpful, not required)
  • Hands-on AI tool fluency (e.g., Claude) beyond basic use
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and Basecamp
  • Supply chain or inventory management background
  • Experience training/upskilling non-technical teammates on automation
  • Wholesale/warehousing systems exposure
  • Cybersecurity or IT security background
