What you'll do:
As an Operational Systems Analyst you'll enhance the Payment Transfer experience for the bank’s internal and external customers who initiate or receive Payment Transfers. You'll be responsible for understanding, supporting, monitoring, and reporting on all details of the bank’s Payment processing system, including processing flows, risk controls, and system configuration. You'll also alert the department’s customer communication process when processing issues that may negatively impact Payment processing. In this role, you'll track and manage cases opened with the vendor of the bank’s Payment processing system. As a Operational Systems Analyst you'll make recommendations based upon analytics, to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of Payment Operations and where relevant metrics do not exist the Analyst will be responsible for creating them.
What you'll need:
Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $35.13 - $43.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
