YOUR TASKS

  • Technical coordination and supervision of blade teams on site.
  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance for blade-related activities (inspections, troubleshooting, repairs).
  • Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service companies.
  • Overarching planning, organization, and execution of fault clearance activities.
  • Support the creation, coordination, and closure of SNOW tickets.
  • Contribute to the global expert network and actively share knowledge and experience.
  • Prepare and evaluate inspection and repair reports.
  • Develop and deliver trainings for various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions.
  • Act as the technical and coordination interface for NX and other internal/external stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE


  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with operational blade services is essential.
  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience.
  • Willing to work on-site in a rotation scheme, since you will support the countries where Nordex has windfarms all around the world. 80% of your time will be spent out of your home country.

  • Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.

  • Confident communication with internal and external partners and h igh customer orientation.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is required.

  • Strong results orientation, hands-on troubleshooting mentality and systematic problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent (Professional level) in English; Spanish is a plus.
