As a Student Administrative Support within our Global Device and Packaging Unit, you'll play a key role in keeping our team organized, informed, and running smoothly — while gaining real-world experience in a global biopharma environment. Ready to get started?

Our Global Device and Packaging Unit is part of Sanofi's Manufacturing & Supply organization, where we coordinate and create printed packaging materials (artworks) that help life-changing treatments reach patients around the world. You'll work alongside passionate professionals across multiple countries, contributing to meaningful work from day one.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag anomalies to support data-driven decision-making across the team.
  • Prepare summaries and reports for the team manager, providing clear visibility into portfolio status and progress.
  • Coordinate open tasks within our artwork management system, ensuring smooth workflows and timely follow-up.
  • Assign and manage team members' responsibilities within project folders, keeping our processes organized and up to date.
  • Maintain and update the team's SharePoint site, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and well-structured.
  • Collect and update data across team tools and trackers to support ongoing operations.
  • Create presentations, documents, and reports to support team meetings and stakeholder communications.

About you

  • Education: Currently enrolled as an active student at a recognized higher-education institution in the Czech Republic.
  • Availability: Able to commit up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint being a must-have requirement; genuine interest in learning new digital tools and applications.
  • Soft skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a customer-focused approach to managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Languages: Advanced command of English, used daily in a global environment; knowledge of Spanish or French is a strong advantage.
  • Nice to have: Experience with graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator, is a significant benefit.
  • Innovation mindset: Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is welcome and considered an advantage
