DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Operational Supervisor in AUS - Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and help keep the wheels turning. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, supporting your team, solving problems on the fly, and celebrating a job well done, this could be the role for you.

You'll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, driving productivity and safety, and creating an environment where people can do their best work. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how you like it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a team to achieve daily operational targets
• Keeping inbound, outbound, and inventory activities running smoothly
• Coordinating workloads and resources to ensure customer expectations are met
• Creating a positive team culture where everyone feels supported and valued
• Coaching, developing, and recognising team members to help them grow
• Ensuring safety remains a top priority across all warehouse operations
• Troubleshooting operational challenges and finding practical solutions
• Monitoring performance, productivity, and quality standards
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to make good processes even better
• Conducting team briefings and keeping everyone informed and engaged

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and get the best out of people
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach and positive attitude
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace
• Experience with warehouse management systems and operational reporting
• Forklift licence highly regarded
