For one of our BAS World locations in the Madrid region, Spain we are looking for a proactive Operational Specialist. In this dynamic role, you ensure that vehicles move smoothly through the process both administratively and operationally. You are an important link between customers, transport companies, the workshop, and our internal operations. In addition, you play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and directly contribute to an efficient and professional customer experience on site. You enjoy working partly outdoors, like to roll up your sleeves, and feel at home in an environment where switching quickly between tasks is the norm.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You ensure the correct intake, processing, and administrative handling of vehicles;

• You coordinate and support logistical processes at the depot, such as vehicle shunting;

• You prepare deliveries and ensure vehicles are ready for customers;

• You maintain communication and coordination with customers, transport companies, and internal teams;

• You keep an overview of operations and ensure the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• You take initiative, work in a structured manner, and handle tasks independently;

• You can easily switch between different tasks while maintaining an overview;

• You communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders;

• You are flexible and solution-oriented;

• You have a good command of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
