Job Description

Be part of a fast-growing operations team supporting collateral-based products for a diverse institutional client base. In this role, you will help enhance the client experience by monitoring service delivery, resolving issues, and using data to drive meaningful improvements. You will collaborate across Securities Services and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how we operate. As an Operational Service Delivery Associate in Margin Services Operations you will support high operational service standards for a portfolio of buy-side derivatives firms. You will manage client queries, monitor service levels, own operational escalations, and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. You will also provide reporting and project support to help drive consistent, scalable service delivery.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing client queries across the end-to-end Margin Services process
  • Monitor operational service levels and own escalations from identification through remediation
  • Use available data to provide analysis and insights that highlight opportunities to improve client operating models
  • Partner with Client Service teams to deliver client service reviews and due diligence workshops
  • Build strong networks with internal stakeholders across Securities Services and related teams
  • Deliver key workstreams, tasks, and projects across the OSD teams, collaborating across regions and functions as needed
  • Provide reporting, analysis, communications, and project support to Margin Services Operations management
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables, including tracking action plans and required outputs
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, recognition activities, and strategy working sessions
  • Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and add value to operational processes through continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear executive-ready messaging
  • Effective client management skills, including the ability to communicate challenging messages appropriately
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and control
  • Ability to understand complex financial products and operating models
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership end-to-end

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in collateral, margin services, or derivatives operations (beneficial but not required)
  • Experience supporting service delivery, escalations, or client-facing operational reviews
  • Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as SharePoint
