The Role

Reporting to the Group Manager – Risk, Quality & Assurance, this role plays a key part in strengthening and advancing CBH Group's Risk Management Framework. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will foster a proactive risk culture, embed effective risk management practices and support compliance with regulatory, legislative and governance requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end risk workshops, including facilitation, documentation, and final risk profile preparation for Chief signoff.
• Manage compilation of Executive Risk Committee and draft Board papers within required timelines.
• Conduct Business Impact Assessments and support business units in maintaining up-to-date BCPs and test programs.
• Support crisis simulation exercises and updates to the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) in conjunction with the Group Manager – Risk, Quality & Assurance.
• Support the business in managing its compliance obligations.
• Manage and administer the Group’s fraud analytics platform.
• Review internal audit findings to validate risks, controls, action plans, and maintain the Assurance Map.
• Own and manage CBH’s Enterprise Risk Management System including provision of support to the business and training.

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in risk management, compliance, audit and governance frameworks, including ISO 31000:2018.
• Strong understanding of legislative requirements and compliance obligations.
• Ability to draft reports to senior stakeholders.
• Confident facilitator and presenter, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience conducting internal and/or external audits.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
