Manage and control Operational risk with a focus on Information Security, IT, and Cyber Security risks
Identify, analyse and report the risks in Information Security, IT, and Cyber Security control areas
Participate in regular or event-based Risk assessments related to Information Information Security, IT, and Cyber Security risks control areas
Collaborate with risk control experts in Baltics and different other colleagues in Baltics and Sweden
Work with different Operational risk management and control tools and methods, and develop and implement new ones
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information security, Cyber Security & IT, or a great reason for not having one
Experience in Risk management, Information Security, Cyber Security and IT areas or banking
Understanding of operational risks
Knowledge of related external regulations in Information security, cyber and IT risk areas
Proactivity and strategic mind-set, combined with good networking and interpersonal skills
Very good communication skills in Latvian and English (both verbal and written) for cooperation with Baltic and Group colleagues
