About The Job
We are looking for an experiencedResilienceChangespecialisttoaugment our 'ResilienceByDesign' function whichmanagesthe deliveryand embeddingofresilience within our changeframework You will ensure our compliance with regulatory requirementsandmature our resilience positionwithin major change projects
As an insurance firm we simplywon’tbe able to function effectively without operational resilience capabilities. The team ensure we understand,respondand proactively strengthen our ability to withstand severe disruptions as well as mitigating critical risk factors. This role will be focussed on embedding ourexistingresilience frameworkinspecific major change projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners
Your colleagues within theResilienceteam each have a slightly different primary focus, with the same strategic goals. We are a collaborative and inclusive team who will raise up other team members andassistthem with key deliverables withinCyber, RegulatoryandResponseand ResilienceByDesign
Whatyou’llspend your time doing:
Here’sa snapshot of some of the key parts of the job You will be part of theteam responsible formaturing,embeddingand managing the framework,toolsand methodologies in line with market practices, regulatory and business requirements:
Work closely withstakeholders toensurechange initiativesacross MS Amlinare resilient by design, including the identification of resilience benefitsEnsureallresiliencedocumentationandapprovals are in place, withresilience andBC arrangementsforall stages oftheproject lifecycleidentified,documentedand tested.
Reviewthe impact of change on regulatoryOp ResthroughIBSimpact assessmentsSupport with relevant updatesto Op Res artefactse.gmapping.
Maintain the Op Res policy and embedtheOperational Resilience framework, standards and practices, developing communications and training to support adoption,awarenessand maturity within the business
Develop strong stakeholder relationships and support them in ensuring we collectively adhere to regulatory requirements, this includes SMF24, Executive Management, Important Business Service(IBS)Owners, Critical Resource Owners and their teams, as well as business functions in Lines 1, 2 and 3, our service partners, market and regulatory bodies
Prepare MIanddraftpapersforinternal reportingrequirements e.g.ExecCommittees and Project Steering Committees
Work closely withother team members tofacilitateOp Resscenario testingacrossthechangeinitiativese.g. Go live testing Ensure this is built intoprojectroadmapsIdentifyand deliver on synergies with other testing and risk assessment processesacross change where possible.
Identifyand escalate any newresiliencevulnerabilitiesor enhancementsand prioritiseremediationactivities
Maintainthelessons learned log, working with stakeholders across the businessto ensure enhancements areremediated and closed
Act as an internal subject matter expert and consultant to our business stakeholders
Supportproactive horizon scanning toidentifyemerging regulatory developments and monitorindustry trends, including peer activities and best practices, to inform strategic decision-making and ensure compliance readiness
This positionreports into the Head of Operational& CyberResilience.Ithas no direct reports but as part of the MSAmlinOperations function will work closelywiththe SMF24,Business Change,IBS and Resource Owners, other senior stakeholders and with counterparts across Operations, Line 2, Line 3 and Service Providers to monitor and resolve issues and align capabilities with resilience monitoring, management, remediation.

For thisparticular rolethere are some important qualifications and experience we need you to have. These include:
Relevant experience within Financial Services, Insurance would be advantageous.
Detailed knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements
Demonstrable experience indelivering resilience withinChangeusing a structuredmethodology
Experience in delivering regulatoryrequirements
Goodinterpersonal, stakeholder and communication skills
Adept at building dynamic solutions and tools, from requirements through to embedding
Ability to construct succinct reports for senior managers while also tracking improvements in more detailed plans and processes
