Your Role

  • Manage small digital and IT projects within a global, virtual, and diverse organization.
  • Coordinate project activities, stakeholders, and resources throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Prepare projects and submit them for approval in line with financial, procurement, and governance requirements.
  • Support sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding of external resources and suppliers.
  • Monitor and report project health, including financials, delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Maintain accurate project information and documentation in the PPM tool, while creating portfolio analytics and reports.
  • Perform portfolio data-quality checks and maintain relevant content in the Knowledge Base, communicating clearly with stakeholders and building constructive relationships.

Who You Are

  • You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You bring at least four years of experience in Project management, financial/procurement tracking, portfolio analytics, IT documentation, Power Apps
  • You have solid project management skills, including financial tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight across the full project lifecycle.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Query, and apply them to drive reporting and process efficiency.
  • You demonstrate AI literacy, including an understanding of how artificial intelligence tools work, their practical applications in project and portfolio management contexts, and the ethical considerations around bias, fairness, data privacy, and responsible use, enabling you to critically assess AI-driven insights and make informed decisions.
  • You have a good understanding of business processes within Enabling Functions such as Finance, Procurement, or HR.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence in English, both written and spoken, and additional language skills are a plus.
  • You bring strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a proactive, collaborative approach to your work.
