Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Operational Platform Specialist to be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of critical business platforms across all support levels (L1–L3). The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and proactive system monitoring. Acting as a key bridge between operations and engineering, the specialist drives continuous improvement and service stability. The position requires strong technical expertise, customer focus, and the ability to manage complex incidents efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to maintain high service standards.

Your responsibilities will entail:

  • Implement platform “paved road” standards aligned to reference architectures (e.g., standard Kubernetes cluster baselines, CI/CD templates, ingress patterns), ensuring teams have a default safe path;
  • Operate core platform services (e.g., Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD runners, artifact registries, secrets tooling, ingress/load balancers) to meet reliability and performance expectations;
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules and patterns (e.g., Terraform modules, Helm charts, Kustomize overlays) that standardize provisioning and configuration;
  • Enable engineering teams through clear guidance, office hours, and consultative support for onboarding and adoption of platform standards;
  • Support auditability and compliance evidence by maintaining configuration baselines, access reviews (where applicable), change history, and documented controls;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Strong proven experience in operations support of enterprise platforms/applications;
  • Demonstrated capability in L1-L3 support activities;
  • Experience in business-facing communication and technical issue translation;
  • Ability to execute platform configuration and controlled operational changes;
  • Strong skills in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation;
  • Experience in testing, validation, and release/change support;
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, request, and change management processes;
  • Familiarity with ticketing, monitoring, and documentation tools;
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills;

Autonomy on troubleshooting & Resolution at different layers:

  • Applications: Enterprise platforms, operational systems, workflow tools, CRM/ERP-like solutions, or custom business applications;
  • Database Layer: SQL-based databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL;
  • Middleware / Integration: APIs, web services, file-based integrations, message queues, ETL or batch processing
  • Infrastructure: Windows/Linux servers, virtual environments, cloud-hosted or hybrid platforms;
  • Support Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ticketing / support workflow tools;
  • Monitoring: Application and infrastructure monitoring tools, dashboards, log monitoring, and alerting platforms;
  • Testing / Change Support: Test management tools, release validation processes, and controlled change execution procedures.
