Are you energised by solving complex operational challenges and turning insight into lasting improvement? If you thrive on analytical thinking, hands-on delivery and making a real difference across a global business — read on.
As Operational Performance Improvement Lead, you will take ownership of L&H Re's most important cross-functional operational performance challenges — the ones that span functions and organisational boundaries and cannot be resolved through normal business ownership alone.
You will establish the fact base, identify root causes, align stakeholders and drive implementation through to measurable, sustainable improvement — then hand back clear ownership so results hold long after you move on.
Data & Operational Excellence drives end-to-end operational effectiveness across L&H Re. The team connects three areas — Operational Architecture, Operational Analytics & Intelligence, and Operational Performance Improvement — creating a continuous link between understanding how L&H operates, identifying where performance can improve, and making that improvement stick.
This role sits within Operational Performance Improvement, working alongside Enablement Leads who support Market Units on an ongoing basis.
You are an experienced improvement or transformation professional who brings structure to ambiguity, combines analytical rigour with pragmatic delivery, and influences across organisational boundaries without relying on formal authority. You are focused on sustainable outcomes — not just completing activities.
