The Senior Operations Performance Analyst provides advanced analytical and operational support to clinical and administrative leadership across service lines and care settings. This role translates complex clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights to drive performance improvement, optimize efficiency, and enhance patient care outcomes. The analyst partners with system and site-based leaders to support strategic decision-making, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support data-driven decisions.
Analyze operational, clinical, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Present actionable insights and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators, including quality, patient experience, safety, and operational efficiency.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and resource utilization.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
Support regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation readiness through reporting and data validation.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement data-driven improvement strategies.
Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including capacity planning, staffing, and financial performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, business operations or information technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field
Experience supporting hospital, ambulatory, or multi-site clinical operations
Experience participating in or supporting performance improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CUSP)
Experience using healthcare data systems (e.g., Epic, Clarity, Caboodle, or similar)
Experience developing data visualizations or dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with financial, productivity, or reimbursement analysis in a healthcare setting

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
