Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process leads efficiently
- Prepare and analyze sales reports for management and sales teams
- Track monthly sales performance and identify improvement areas
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate between departments to issue client contracts
- Manage and complete account review forms accurately
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain updated records
- Assist in quality assurance (monitoring sales call performance)
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Office Manager, or Operational Role)
- Industry Background: Real Estate, Banking, or Automotive
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Work Conditions
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
