Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Officer to join our team.

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow

• Follow up on operational tasks and ensure timely completion

• Maintain organized records and documentation systems

• Prepare and track operational reports

• Support daily operational activities and ongoing processes

• Assist in implementing administrative and operational procedures

• Handle communication and coordination with internal teams

• Monitor progress and report any issues or delays

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operational tasks

• Support management in various operational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field

• At least 1 year of experience in real state operation field

• Previous experience in roles such as Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator / Office Manager is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Good command of MS Office

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
