Purpose

We are looking for an Operational Marketing Manager to execute product marketing and operational activities in an international B2B environment, supporting sales enablement, content development, and event delivery for Law Enforcement solutions.The role works closely with Product, Sales, and Communication teams and contributes to the rollout of marketing initiatives, including product promotion, client engagement, and internal communication. It also serves as the key marketing interface for Law Enforcement topics, ensuring stakeholder alignment and coordinating digital and operational marketing efforts.

Location: Courbevoie (La Défense)

Key Missions

• Execute marketing plans for the Justice & Public Safety business unit in coordination with Product teams, including operational and digital marketing activities
• Produce marketing materials for global internal and external use (brochures, videos, infographics, digital content)
• Create and distribute internal and external newsletters
• Manage and update internal documentation and collaboration platforms (The Line, Sales Hub, Teams)
• Contribute to digital visibility and campaign execution across website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media channels
• Support the Events Manager in the organization of conferences, exhibitions, and stands
• Support Sales teams with local and digital marketing initiatives related to Law Enforcement

Profile & Other Information

Education :

  • Business school / University degree (Master’s in Marketing, Communication, or Business)
  • Communication school background with a strong corporate/B2B orientation
  • Specialization in operational marketing, product marketing, or communication
  • Digital marketing is a plus, but not a core requirement of the role

Skills and Experience :

  • At least two experiences in operational marketing or marketing communications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Power point, word and excel
  • Canva and video editing are a plus
  • Experience in content marketing
  • Hands on, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to work both independently and within cross functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
