  • Operational leadership and management responsibility for the Portugal Hub in Porto
  • Hands-on coordination of day-to-day operations with a strong focus on practical execution
  • Leadership of the local office and future field teams, including MCE and rotor blade service teams
  • Close interface with the German headquarters and alignment on operational, commercial and organizational topics
  • Coordination of external advisors and partners, especially for legal, payroll and compliance matters
  • Management of external service providers for training, workwear, equipment and other operational needs
  • Negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements with external service providers and partners
  • Problem-solving in a dynamic environment and ensuring smooth processes for local and field operations

Anforderungsprofil

  • Proven experience in the wind energy sector, ideally in operational service business
  • Experience in operational leadership, site management or a comparable management role
  • A commercial or technical qualification and a solid technical understanding
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; both languages are mandatory for this role
  • You live in Porto or the surrounding area, or are willing to commute regularly to Porto
  • Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility in strategic and operational topics
  • You can confidentially communicate with internal and external stakeholders at different levels
  • You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and able to make decisions in a fast-moving environment
