Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege von Arbeitsplänen, Fertigungs-/Instandhaltungsunterlagen, Aufträgen und Service Meldungen in enger Absprache mit Engineering
  • Erstellung von Stücklisten in Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering
  • Sicherstellung benötigter Dokumente und Informationen für Fertigungs- und Instandhaltungsaufträgen
  • Koordination zwischen Projektleitung, Engineering, Lager und Projektmitarbeitern
  • Beauftragung von UANs über SAP
  • Unterstützung der Projekte in der Nutzung vom Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Termingerechte Beschaffung von Materialien und Komponenten
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten in Absprache mit Projektmitarbeitern
  • Bestellabwicklung und -überwachung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Einkauf und Projektmitarbeitern
  • Reklamationsmanagement bei fehlerhaften Lieferungen
  • Sicherstellung der benötigten Dokumente und korrekte Ablage dieser
  • Koordination von logistischen Dienstleistungen (z. B. Spedition, Testinfrastruktur)
  • Unterstützung bei Wareneingangskontrollen
  • Unterstützung bei Materialbewegungen bei Integration, Test und Demonstrationen
  • Unterstützung bei Inventuren

    Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen sollte bestehen.
