YOUR ROLE

Based at Banksmeadow NSW and reporting to the Head of Sector – Healthcare, this role is responsible for the end-to-end operational performance, service delivery and compliance of key healthcare accounts within our Air & Ocean division.

You’ll act as the primary operational escalation point and trusted advisor to customers, ensuring high-quality, GDP-aligned execution across their supply chain. Working closely with operations, QHSE and commercial teams, you’ll drive service excellence, continuous improvement and strong customer outcomes in a highly regulated and time-critical environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

• Own operational performance across assigned healthcare accounts, ensuring delivery against SOPs, KPIs and SLAs
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, coordinating resolution across internal teams
• Ensure compliance with GDP, CEIV Pharma and QHSE standards across all shipments and processes
• Develop and maintain customer SOPs and operational instructions across the network
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including reporting, data quality and process optimisation
• Analyse service performance, operational data and trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with business development and sector leadership to support growth within existing accounts.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused logistics professional with strong freight forwarding expertise and experience managing complex, time-critical accounts.

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations within a logistics and supply chain environment
• Proven background managing key accounts and delivering against KPIs and SLAs
• Strong understanding of Air & Ocean operations and commercial frameworks
• Knowledge of GDP, CEIV Pharma or regulated healthcare logistics environments
• Ability to manage escalations, solve problems and implement corrective actions
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting operational and financial data
• Confidence engaging with internal stakeholders and senior customer representatives
• High attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
