· Support the Operational Governance Lead, providing insights, data and meeting representation when needed.
· Conduct reporting on lead generation data to ensure process adherence and support performance reporting.
What makes this role exciting:
You'll play a key role in shaping a strong governance and compliance culture, working across regulated activities to drive quality, influence best practice and ensure great customer outcomes in a dynamic and evolving environment.
What you’ll bring:
· Strong numerical and communication skills.
· Experience working within a regulated financial environment in the automotive industry.
· An understanding of the regulatory landscape, including Consumer Duty requirements.
· A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
· Confident presenter, able to communicate complex information with impact and influence.
· Strong financial acumen, backed by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
At Mercedes-Benz, we operate with integrity and therefore you are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with our polices and adhere to the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.
What’s in it for you
As well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a great team and culture, we’ll offer you a competitive salary and discretionary bonus structure. We also hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, with access to our colleague car schemes. On top of that, you’ll be able to join our pension scheme and you’ll get a flexible benefit pot that can be used to find the benefits that are right for you. We are pleased to be able to offer a hybrid working approach – achieving a great balance between remote and office working.
We’re here to support you – we offer access to colleague wellbeing resources, including an Employee Assistance Programme and Mental health First Aiders, as well as flexible opportunities to support work life balance. We’ll also encourage your development, with the training and knowledge you need to reach your potential.
