Job Description


Some of what you will do:

The Operational Excellence Specialist plays a key role in driving continuous process improvement for the Services Field Operations team. This role supports and executes Service Operations tasks which include process automation, workflow optimization, data analysis & reporting, and internal communications to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience for both Tech and Print Services. The Operational Excellence Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and maintain documentation that supports business objectives.

Specifically you will:

  • Lead process optimization initiatives by identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities to enhance efficiency across the Services Field Operations team.
  • Develop and implement automation tools and streamlined workflows to reduce manual work and improve service delivery.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, providing clear insights that support strategic decision making.
  • Partner with cross functional teams—including Systems Ops and business stakeholders—to implement system enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Create polished presentations, training materials, and documentation to support new initiatives and process improvements.
  • Lead or support operational excellence projects, maintaining project plans and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones

Some of what you need:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or related fields
  • 3+ years in operations, process improvement, or data analytics; retail/services environment an asset
  • 1-2+ years experience in automation & reporting development
  • Previous project coordination or management experience an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI experience a strong asset
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate various systems and tools
  • Experience in process improvement and standardization
  • Bilingual (EN/FR) is considered an asset
