
The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Specialist supports enterprise-wide Operational Excellence initiatives by contributing to improved effectiveness, consistency, and performance across XKIG. This role operates within the Operational Excellence function and works across organizational boundaries to support analysis, integration, and continuous improvement efforts.
The OpEx Specialist is adaptive in scope and may support, coordinate, or lead discrete initiatives or programs as assigned. Work may include a combination of field engagement, systems and remote computer-based activities to support insight, alignment, and execution.
This role includes ownership of defined Operational Excellence programs or workstreams, with accountability for delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement results.
This is an in-office role in Norfolk, VA.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position typically has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may, when appropriate, assume supervisory responsibility or provide informal guidance, coordination, or functional leadership for OpEx-related initiatives, workstreams, or programs.
