【Major Accountabilities】
ןOversee and ensure the quality of value creation by the team in the space of insight generation, advanced analytics, performance management, SFE & Ops and CLRM optimization
ןActively coach and develop team members to effectively function as specialists the right capabilities and skills in the I2I scope, while preparing a potential successor
ןProvide strategic insights and guidance to PVUs for their critical business and organizational decision making, e.g. organizational design, resource optimization, and opportunity assessment
ןPartner seamlessly and transversally with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with PVBP and business priorities
ןEvolve the suite of advanced analytics and primary market research used in UCBJ by innovating, piloting new types of data and methodologies and liaising with appropriate global stakeholders
ןGrow and localize capabilities and functions, including social media listening, marketability assessment and competitive intelligence
ןManage OPEX budget associated with responsible area of Operational Excellence
