Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Operational Planning
â Review end-to-end processes across teams to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and delays.
â Lead process mapping initiatives and recommend improvements for optimized workflows.
â Align all operational excellence initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
â Partner with Finance to track cost savings, productivity improvements, and efficiency gains.
Continuous Improvement (Lean & Six Sigma)
â Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
â Drive resolution of recurring operational issues through structured problem-solving approaches.
â Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
â Ensure sustainability and consistency of improved processes across teams.
Capability Building & Culture Development
â Train teams on process improvement tools, problem-solving techniques, and best practices.
â Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
â Support leadership in understanding operational challenges through on-ground engagement.
â Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Data Analytics & Performance Management
â Develop dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance and KPIs.
â Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
â Lead root cause analysis sessions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
â Leverage data insights for forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
Job Analysis & Role Optimization
â Conduct job analysis to evaluate roles, responsibilities, and workload distribution.
â Identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies in team structures.
â Recommend improvements in job design, role clarity, and resource allocation.
â Collaborate with HR to align roles with business needs and performance expectations.
Quality, Compliance & Customer Experience
â Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
â Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and SLAs.
â Address audit findings and implement corrective actions proactively.
â Maintain audit readiness across teams at all times.
Change Management & Transformation
â Lead change initiatives related to process improvements, systems, and tools.
â Ensure effective adoption of new processes across teams.
â Identify and manage resistance to change through proactive stakeholder engagement.
â Communicate changes clearly and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
â Monitor and reinforce change initiatives to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications (Must Have):
â Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA
preferred).
â Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (from a recognized body).
â 7+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably in IT, BPO, or professional services.
â Strong experience in process mapping, reengineering, and large-scale operational improvements.
â Proficiency in statistical tools, ERP systems, and project management tools.
â Strong understanding of service delivery models, SLAs, and client-driven operations.
Qualifications (Preferred):
â Experience in transformation or enterprise-level operational excellence programs.
â Exposure to digital transformation, automation, or analytics-driven operations.
â Experience working in global or multi-client environments.
