Reporting to the Operations Director,the Enterprise System Leader will be part of the site Operations/Manufacturing leadership team and own the success of the Veralto Enterprise System (lean manufacturing/manufacturing efficiency program) within the department.

This position is part of Operations located inLoveland, Co and will beon-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Increase and maintain the maturity of the Veralto Enterprise System within Operations
  • Assess the system elements to identify and prioritize gaps to be closed in process, talent, and education
  • Plan and implement improvements to the system
  • Lead the kaizen event funnel from idea generation, through coaching change leaders, to implementing and sustaining kaizen event results
  • Perform data analysis to identify outliers, trends, and correlations
  • Learn and understand the business to interpret data and translate to real world issues and countermeasures
  • Become an expert on multiple Veralto lean manufacturing tools and facilitate events
  • Coordinate and implement projects by influencing cross functional teams, inside and outside the department
  • Develop the broader team in VES through general education/training, problem solving coaching, and administering the practitioner funnel, certification, and deployment
  • Train, coach, and drive application of problem-solving process where needed

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 3-5 yrs experience in partitioning lean manufacturing or as a supervisor in a lean manufacturing environment
  • BA/BS Degree, STEM field preferred
  • Lean manufacturing or six sigma experience (Kaizens, Kanban, standard work, 5S, root cause counter measures, etc.)
  • Data analysis and fact-based problem-solving skills
  • Data analysis tools; advanced excel skills required with Power BI or other data visualization tool experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with both Sr. Management and production line associates.
  • Focus for lean/manufacturing efficiency
  • Project management/coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing financials

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $96,550 - $111,800 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
