A company providing solutions to bring medical devices to market is looking for a hands-on, people-oriented and impact-driven professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives across the company's operations.
This role is at the heart of our manufacturing environment and combines project management, process improvement, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
As our Operational Excellence Engineer, you will lead improvement and cost-saving projects, work closely with managers and employees, and help build a strong culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional cost-saving and operational improvement projects
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
- Work closely with managers and employees to drive engagement and change
- Manage employee improvement ideas and Kaizen initiatives
- Analyze operational KPIs and support data-driven decision making
- Promote Operational Excellence tools and routines such as Lean, 5S, Gemba and Problem Solving
- Conduct trainings and improvement workshops
- Support a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or another relevant Engineering degree
- 3–5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement or Project Management in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of English
