We’relooking for a strategic, Lean‑drivenengineerto shape the future of our toothpaste manufacturing site. Ifyou’repassionate about Continuous Improvement, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable results, this role is for you.

WhatYouWillDo

• Build and drive short- and long-term site strategy with clear priorities and KPIs

• Lead a strong Continuous Improvement culture using Lean/Six Sigma tools

• Strengthen performance management, governance, and end‑to‑end value stream efficiency

• Run the site’s PMO, ensuring key projects and resources align with business strategy.

• Lead and develop a team, empowering people at all levels to improve how we work.

WhatYou’llBring:

• Bachelor'sdegree in engineering

• Extensive experience in Operational Excellence leadership

• Proventrack recordof successfully managing transformational projects

• CI, Lean or Six Sigma Black belt certification

• Ability to effectively manage and engage aversatile teamby providing professionalexpertiseand leading by example
