Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. What you’ll do:

The OPEX Analyst for Electrical EMEA Customer Experience will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reusability and adoption of developed solutions across the Electrical Sector EMEA, driving better decision-making and execution of tactics to improve how our customers do business with Eaton. The incumbent will also support efffective deployment of ISO9001 based Eaton Quality Management System and Operation Excellence for ES EMEA Customer Experience regional organization.

Eaton Quality Management System (EQMS):

  • Support effective deployment of EQMS for Electrical EMEA Customer Experience (CXP) function
  • Coordinate Audit Plan for CXP, including conducting audits per plan, audit reporting and follow ups for timely closure of audit actions
  • Coordinate CXP Document Management system
  • Support operational excellence tasks, including training and communication (as needed).

Project Management:

  • Support the execution of survey programs (current & new) for Customer Support, Technical Support, Field Services, Relational Surveys and Strategic Account Reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales & Marketing, BI, Divisions, regional functions)
  • Support creation and maintenance of project documentation / SharePoint pages.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar
  • Preferably minimum 3 year of experience in project management, operational excellence, quality, continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated understanding of ISO9001 Quality management system, lean, CI and problem solving principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard and requirements and Problem Solving techniques like Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Why Analysis, etc.
  • Proficient in creative problem solving and management of priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assignments, projects & see them through resolution.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative setting.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
