Job Description

The emergency job dispatch and administration support role provides direct support to the National Operations Team (Australia wide).

Part-time 6-months Fixed Term Position: Night Shift Position - 33 Hour Week FRIDAY10pm-7am Shift and SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 7pm-7am

The primary responsibility of the role is to manage service calls generated by TVH customers by:

• Emergency Works Dispatch - Receive, respond and raise service requests via phone, email and internal database
• Dispatch Operational Staff Members - including safety tracking within KPI targets
• Creating work orders and jobs for emergency and corrective works
• Creating subcontractor purchase orders - engaging and dispatching subcontractor support when internal staff are not available

The secondary part of the role:

• Updating and validating internal data
• Assisting with the setup of new contracts for state based delivery teams
• Undertake random quality checks on internal job completion reports
• Updating internal on call rosters
• Reviewing and following up internal staff and subcontractor compliance requirements - e.g. training requirements
• Ensure all jobs performed are Compliant with Industry and security standards
• Proactively work in a team to manage multiple priorities at once

The role requires excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be a positive and proactive team member with a can do attitude. You will be required to have impeccable time management skills and experience dealing with customers/operational team members.

You must be able to work unsupervised, while having exceptional attention to detail.

Experience working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel essential. Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be ideal, but is not mandatory.

Depending on previous experience there may be flexibility in tasks to suit the applicant in regards to the secondary part of the role.
