Stadium Way, South Elmsall, Pontefract

Salary:

£13.60

We have 2 shift patterns available:

Shift Pattern 1:

Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday, 06:00 - 18:00

Week 2: Thursday - Saturday, 06:00 - 18:00

Shift Pattern 2:

Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday, 18:00 - 06:00

Week 2: Thursday - Saturday, 18:00 - 06:00

About the role:

You will:

  • Create training material which support new projects and operational improvements
  • Be able to provide on the job training for new and existing employees on a variety of operational tasks and procedures.
  • Support key business changes e.g. the launch of new processes, practises and operational improvements. Corporate induction and warehouse tours to all new employees to NDL ensuring they have a full understanding of the Next branding, policies and benefits, the layout of the site and key Health and Safety information.
  • Use observational feedback and performance data to provide coaching and feedback to trainees to maximise performance.
  • Collate data to evaluate the effectiveness of training and coaching delivered

We will offer you:

  • Dedicated group and 1-1 training with support and guidance from the coaching team.
  • Courses and development session will be offered throughout your 6 month training program

Lets Take It On:

You will:

  • Have a strong operational knowledge and have previous experience within a customer service environment. (Preferred but not essential)
  • Support the change process and sell projects positively both within a classroom environment and on an individual basis
  • Demonstrate confidence in delivering information to an audience
  • Be PC literate in G-Suite, Oracle and MAS and have a good verbal and written communication skills
  • Work independently or proactive within a team.
  • Have a positive can do attitude with the desire to pass your mile stones
