Job Description

We're looking for Operational Delivery Agent to join the team at our Head Office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth upto £30,842.04 depending on experience.

Financials

  • Starting Salary - £27,101.46 dependent on experience.
  • Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500
  • 5.5% Pension Contribution

Working Hours

Full Time – 37.5hrs per week

There is open positions across the below shifts:

  • Monday-Friday (9:00-17:00) - 37.5hrs per week
  • Monday - Friday (12:00-20:00) - 37.5hrs per week
  • Wednesday-Sunday (9:00-17:00) - 37.5hrs per week
  • Part Time Hours

The Role

  • Working within the Operational Delivery Team involves full training across all services within the operation.
  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
  • Each day may look different, depending on the demands of the operation, as the Team is reactive to resource shortfalls, surges in demand and unplanned operational changes.
  • Working across multiple different teams within the business, developing knowledge and being a point of contact for the operation for queries across all services.

What might you do each day:

  • Work flexibly across multiple teams, prioritising based on operational demand.
  • Review engineer site data and produce clear technical reports.
  • Make technical decisions in line with insurer policy requirements.
  • Support engineers on site, managing any scope changes or issues as they arise.
  • Handle inbound calls from engineers, clients and customers across all teams.
  • Carry out open reviews of claims to maintain accuracy and efficiency across the operation.
  • Act as a go-to point of contact for colleagues needing guidance or support.
