Operational Coordinator

Specsavers Tallaght
We're looking for an organised and proactive Operational Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to deliver excellent customer service while coordinating orders, stock and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and oversee delivery processes.
• Liaise with suppliers and follow up on outstanding orders and queries.
• Coordinate customer collection appointments and provide order updates.
• Maintain stock levels and organise store supplies and deliveries.
• Support product repairs and service requests.
• Ensure the store's displays and operational areas are well organised.
• Assist with local marketing and community engagement activities.
• Provide general operational and administrative support to the store team.

About You

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive problem solver with a positive, team-focused approach.
• Previous experience in retail, operations, administration or customer service would be an advantage.
