 REQUIRED:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to present data analyses
Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, visio) Skills
Prior Pre-Sales Deal Leadership Role; Strong documentation and technical writing skills to support proposal development

Plus for Operational Architect Team:
Strong Understanding of Contractual Terms and Conditions
Experience in Leading SLA Negotiations and project management skills to support leading post-sales transition responsibilities.
working knowledge of the major network components utilized in the network-based solutions (transport, routers, SDN, LAN, PBXs, firewalls, MPLS, ISP, IPT, BVoIP, hosting, etc
In depth knowledge of network performance reporting (Latency, Packet Delivery, Jitter, utilization, threshold alarming, capacity trend analysis, etc)""
Shift Time: 8 am to 5 pm EST

Plus for Operational Consultant Team:
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in designing and supporting complex network topologies
Moderate understanding of Software Defined Networking, Network Function Virtualization, SD-WAN, Cisco and Juniper routers, In Depth Knowledge of LAN/WAN
Technology degree and equivalent of CCNA/CCNP certification
Able to work after-hours on occasion to support customers and projects world-wide
Shift Time: 8 am to 5 pm EST / 3.30 am to 12.30 pm EST for team supporting MOW

DESIRED:
Minimum 7 years of experience
Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems
PMP, CCNA, ITIL Practices (Plus for Operational Architect Team)
CCNA/CCNP certification (Plus for Operational Consultant Team)
Experience in designing business and/or technical solutions /or/ 7+ years developing, negotiating, or selling custom telecommunications contracts
Higher level customer facing and presentation skills, with the ability to interface professionally with Sales teams, internal support teams, mid to executive level management, and our customer

  Conhecimento aprofundado em relatórios de performance de rede (latência, entrega de pacotes, jitter, utilização, alarmes de threshold, análise de capacidade etc.).

Horário: 8h às 17h EST Diferenciais para Equipe de Consultoria Operacional

  Amplo conhecimento e experiência prática em desenho e suporte de topologias complexas de rede.
• 
  Conhecimento moderado em SDN, NFV, SD-WAN, roteadores Cisco e Juniper e tecnologias LAN/WAN.
• 
  Formação em tecnologia e equivalente a certificações CCNA/CCNP.
• 
  Disponibilidade para atuar ocasionalmente fora do horário em suporte global.

  Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência.

  Graduação ou superior em Engenharia, Telecomunicações ou Sistemas de Informação.

  Experiência em desenho de soluções técnicas e/ou comerciais ou mais de 7 anos em desenvolvimento, negociação ou venda de contratos customizados de telecom.
