Operational Compliance Associate II

As an Operational Compliance Associate II at ICON, you will oversee and enhance compliance programs and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.

What You Will Do:

You will take responsibility for quality assurance and compliance deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational compliance programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting comprehensive compliance audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures.
  • Documenting compliance activities and maintaining detailed records to support regulatory submissions and inspections.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks, provide recommendations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Staying abreast of industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve the compliance framework.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant quality assurance and compliance experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
  • Significant experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably within a clinical research environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in compliance assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all compliance activities.
