What You'll do:

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyse Operational BI reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with the OPBI template team to implement standard reporting solutions.

- Support the design, development and enhancement of Operational BI reports based on business needs.

- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Track reporting requirements throughout the design, build, testing and deployment lifecycle.

- Manage OPBI cutover activities and provide post go-live hypercare support.

- Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven reporting solutions.

- Drive reporting improvements and contribute to continuous process optimisation.

Who You Are:

- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, FP&A, Data Analytics or related areas.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting solutions.

- Experience implementing reporting solutions using Data Lake architectures.

- Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.

- Experience coordinating or supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Project Management mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive results.

- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.

- Fluent in English.
