Ascenza is the crop Protection branch, a benchmark independent player in the off-patented South-European, Brazilian and Mexican markets, with a leading position in Iberia.

Mission:

This position's mission is to extract and process data (e.g. sales, margins, P&L) and provide management information, through reports and dashboards, to support the Board's decision-making. Design solutions in collaboration with diverse teams in order to respond to business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in annual budget and strategic plan activities, i.e., interacting with the various teams in collecting and processing information, as well as consolidating information and preparing it for Management;

• Collect and analyze Ascenza's business data (sales, margins, P&L) with the aim of creating reports and KPIs in a structured and understandable way for the end user;

• Establish a strong connection with local teams (Portugal) and international branches, being one of the points of contact between Portugal and the different countries for analytical issues, namely information validation;

• Collaborate and actively participate in various projects within the organization (for example, “order to cash”) that aim to improve and optimize processes;

• Optimize existing internal databases to ensure that data is made available as needed;

• Analyze extensive and complex market data and transform it into user-friendly data through automated processes;

• Review and update order-to-cash processes to integrate the area's internal processes and procedures manual.

The talent we are looking for:

• Degree in Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or similar;

• 1 to 5 years of experience in similar roles;

• English (mandatory) and Spanish (plus);

• Advanced Excel;

• Knowledge of PowerBI (e.g. building reports)
