Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for a risk and business operations professional who wants to play a key role in strengthening organizational resilience, operational excellence, and risk governance. The role contributes to our mission by proactively identifying and mitigating risks, enhancing business continuity preparedness, and supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that enable sustainable business growth. Working closely with business partners across the organization, the successful candidate will drive process improvements, implement risk management strategies, and champion change through innovation and technology. In return, they will gain broad exposure to enterprise-wide operations, develop expertise in risk management and project delivery, and build strong stakeholder relationships while leading meaningful initiatives that create lasting business impact.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Impart your expert knowledge on colleagues to help them stay on top of the evolving business environment.

  • Developing and implementing new risk management strategies that help reduce risk exposure.

  • Preparing reports documenting risk exposure and recommending solutions for reducing risk exposure

  • Lead the review of the team's BCP documents and ensure that necessary updates are affected on the document.

  • Assistin the development and implementation of policies that manage operational risks.

  • Collaborate with your peers to collectively think of innovative ideas that drive business through technology

  • Build andutilizeworking relationships with internal business partners across the organization and external business contacts.

  • Stay on top of business partners ad-hoc requests and inquiry.

  • Be a change leader to adapt to new and exciting ways of delivering business services.

  • Manage small to medium initiatives according to established project management methodologies.

  • Create andmaintainthorough andaccurateproject documentation.

  • Coordinates testing by preparing requires test plans and execute functional and system integration testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any Financial related courses (Accounting, Business Management, Audit or Finance)

  • CPA/CFA designation is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two to Three years related workingexperience

  • Familiar with Financial Regulations is an advantage
